Hi! Hi!
We're Jason and Cheryl. We admire the tremendous strength and courage it must
take to consider an adoption plan for your child. We are honored to be able to
share a bit of our life with you. We promise you if you decide to place
your baby with us, he or she will be loved unconditionally, given a happy home,
and will be nurtured, encouraged and provided for in a warm and loving family.
Your child will always know how special you are and how much you love him or her.
We will guide your child to be compassionate, honest, and respectful, to value
learning, and encourage him or her to achieve their dreams. |

| About
Us... From the moment that we met, we have made each other laugh. We met
the first day of college. What really attracted us to each other was the value
that we both placed on family. We've been happily married for ten years and with
each day that passes, our love continues to grow stronger. We have always wanted
children. We embrace the idea of adoption and look forward to becoming parents.

| Our
nice suburban neighborhood has lots of kids that our child will be able to play
with. There are many child- centered activities in our town. These include,
but are not limited to: parks, a zoo, great schools, a children's museum, a planetarium,
ballparks, and areas to walk and sightsee. |
Together,
we enjoy gardening, going to movies, traveling (we have been to Ireland, Scotland,
Mexico and the Bahamas), shopping, walking in the park and spending a lot of time
training and playing with our dog Sierra. We hope to do all of these things
and more with our child!

| About
Jason by Cheryl When I first met Jason, I was drawn to his sense of humor,
his intelligence and his warm smile. I knew that he would one day make an excellent
father. He is the most loving and compassionate person that I have ever met. Being
with kids comes naturally to him. He is able to see the world through their eyes,
and enjoys connecting with them. |
Whether
he is building a Lego creation with our nephews or reading to our nieces, Jason
always finds ways to share his curiosity about the world with them. Our nieces
and nephews always look forward to his visits!
| As
a Network Engineer, Jason enjoys helping people communicate with each other. One
thing that he really likes about Network Engineering is the challenge of daily
problem solving. He enjoys helping people and is the first to offer help to anyone
who needs it. There is no doubt that these attributes of his personality should
come in handy when raising a child. |
His
interests include Isshin-Ryu karate, gardening, woodworking, golf, and exploring
nature. Jason also enjoys playing the guitar. He's been very proud to share his
talent with family and friends throughout the years and looks forward to playing
lullabies. | |
| Jason
was born in Connecticut, but spent his childhood in Virginia (where his folks
still live). He has 3 siblings all of whom have children. Our child will have
plenty of cousins to share thoughts and feelings with. |

About
Cheryl by Jason Everyone who meets Cheryl really likes her. She is warm,
friendly, funny, and incredibly thoughtful. Cheryl has always been good with people,
helping out where needed, and giving of herself unselfishly. She has always worked
hard to accomplish her goals. For as long as she can remember, she has dreamed
of being a Mom and providing a child with the warmth and care that she received
during her childhood. | |
| Cheryl
is an Elementary School Teacher. She loves working with kids and inspiring them
to reach their greatest potential. Whether she is reading to her students or offering
words of encouragement, she is passionate about children and their well-being.
In other words, I can see the mom in her. |
Cheryl
was born and spent her childhood in upstate New York (her folks still live there).
She has one brother who has 2 children. She is very involved with her nephews--whether
she is playing catch with them in the backyard, attending school plays, or asking
how school is, she is their favorite aunt. Cheryl is from a small, close-knit
family who are excited about our plans to adopt.
| Cheryl
has a lot of great interests such as: cooking, scrapbooking, Pilates, reading,
and crafts. She also plays the violin and was in her school's orchestra. She
is compassionate about kids, helping them achieve, and always wanting the best
for them. I think Cheryl will be the perfect parent and mom should you chose to
make your adoption plan with us. |
