Hello!
This is our best attempt at giving you a glimpse into our lives. And while something
this size could not begin to capture all the things we’re sure you would like
to know about us, we hope it gives you a good sense of what a loving world you
would be introducing your son or daughter to. We had known each other for many
years and were close friends before we began dating and have been married for
over 12 years. And while our relationship is stronger than ever having been blessed
with adopting Sydney and Colin, we still have so much love in our hearts to share
with another child. |
A beautiful day at the lake! | Meet
Michele... For anyone who knows Michele, it’s not difficult
to describe her. She is an energetic and fun loving person, with a heart so strong,
within minutes most folks feel like they’ve known her forever. And there’s no
doubting her priorities: Family, family, and family take the first 3 spots and
the rest are insignificant.
Michele is an accomplished teacher but has
chosen to stay home to parent. Her days with Sydney and Colin are filled with
visits to the grandparents’, cousins’, walks in sunshine sledding in the snow,
or playtime at the pool. She is a hands-on mom that truly enjoys every second
with the kids. She looks forward to another child to share the love. There is
no doubt Michele is an unbelievable mother who will cherish your child as she
does Sydney and Colin. |

Meet
Paul... While Paul has been successful in business, he always
finds time for his family and all his passions in life. He loves everything from
playing guitar, biking, golfing, skiing and traveling to new places. Now Paul
can’t wait to share all his hobbies with Sydney, Colin and their future brother
or sister. Lucky for him, Sydney and Colin love it when he plays guitar and sings
to them.
Paul is caring, hardworking and selfless. He is an amazing father,
always taking time to share a laugh with Sydney and Colin. He is a father first,
and looks forward to another child to share his love with. |

Ready for Christmas! | Meet
Sydney and Colin... Our prayers were answered over 4 years
ago when we adopted our daughter, Sydney. She is sunshine. Twenty months later,
we were blessed once again with the adoption of our son, Colin. He too, is sunshine.
They bring laughter, smiles, and honest love to our home. We have no doubt they
would eagerly welcome a brother or sister into our family. |
Your
son or daughter would gain immediate fans from these two. They are ready to show
them the ropes to fun. Some of their favorite things are to play with the cousins,
read, the zoo, story time, swim, the park, sledding, the lake, bike riding, apple
picking, beaches… whatever the season will bring. |

A glimpse at our family... 
With eight brothers and sisters between us, our family is continually
growing. Sydney & Colin have 6 grandparents, 17 aunts and uncles, and 17 cousins.
Nearly all of us, including the grandparents, live in our home town. |
 | As
you can imagine, our family gatherings are frequent and spontaneous! The grandparents
and aunts and uncles are constantly collecting as many kids as they can to share
their day with! |

A loving Home...  |
 | When
we first moved back to our hometown after living in NYC, Washington DC, and Columbus,
OH, our goal was to find a home fit for our growing family. We live in a neighborhood
with lots of families and a yard big enough to have all the neighborhood kids
over for a game! |

All
the kids love the basement, (especially Paul)! It’s where everyone gets to express
themselves (yes, Karaoke too). Music is an integral part of our home with no music
off limits. From rock to R&B, Classical to Country, there’s almost always music
playing somewhere… |
