Hello from the Nutmeg State!
We’re Ben and Alli, a couple of nerds living in Connecticut. We have a lot of love to give and are hoping for the chance to welcome a child into our family through adoption. We’re so honored you’ve taken the time to get to know a little more about us through our adoption profile.
We met at Keene State College, where we bonded over shared values, and a love of games and literature, and have been basically inseparable ever since. During our 16-year relationship, our life has changed in so many ways we never could’ve predicted. Today we are married and own a home in a quiet Connecticut suburb with a vibrant and engaged local community. We built a small family with our cat Nox and our dog Willow, but now, we’re ready to expand our family again, this time through adoption.
We understand that the role of a birth parent is an important one, and it’s a role we want to honor in our own family. We are hoping to connect with an individual with whom we can build a relationship and who could become part of our extended family.
Regardless of the choice you make going forward, please know for this moment that we’re connecting, we are rooting for you and wish you joy and courage in your journey, no matter what it looks like. You are stronger than you know and you have the will to walk down whatever path awaits you.
