Our Family
We both are from very big extended families. Although we both come from families with two children, we have so many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins that mean the world to us.
Zack was born and raised in the same town where he and Anna live now. Although his parents and sister have moved to other places, there is still a wide network of family members who are always around. Growing up, Zack lived next door to his cousin, Jaryd, and being only a year apart, they spent a lot of time together as kids. Just a few years ago, Jaryd and his wife, Jackie, bought the house across the street, and now they and their daughter, Giselle, are some of our closest friends.
Zack’s parents moved to Florida a few years ago after his dad retired and now they live near Orlando. We love to visit them for holidays or just to get away and have a great time with family.
Zack’s sister, Kayla, lives in Maryland and their daughter, Natalie, is such a wonderful girl who is loved so dearly.
Anna’s mom, Nancy, passed away in the summer of 2023, and the family deeply misses her.
Anna’s dad, Stephen, lives just ninety minutes away, splitting his time between Boston, MA and Eastern Rhode Island. We often visit him in the city or at the beach and take trips together. He comes to visit us at home and always brings Tango, his golden retriever. Stephen still works and is very involved in philanthropic endeavors, particularly helping kids get academic scholarships. He loves golfing and traveling. Anna and Stephen talk on the phone almost every day!
Anna’s brother, Jack, also lives in Boston not far from their dad’s house, and we’re lucky enough to get to see everyone together during holidays or just because!
