“Beth was our main contact at Friends in Adoption (FIA) while we were active and prior to the birth of our son, she is very kind and caring. Beth is very committed to taking care of the waiting families and guiding them through the process. At our request, we checked in with Beth monthly to get an update on how many of our profiles went out in the prior month. She was very accommodating to this request and always responded quickly and with as much detail as possible. We appreciated Beth’s coordination of the Stay Acquainted meetings; we found it very helpful during our waiting period.”

“We first met June (a Friends in Adoption (FIA) case worker) at the hospital the morning we were to bring Cooper home. June made sure we knew what the hospital experience would be like and what to expect. When we were brought into the little room where our sweet new son was waiting, June gave us lots of time and space to take in this perfect little boy we loved immediately. June completely shared our excitement and made that nervous feeling go away”
