Adoption Tax Credit Made Permanent!

Obama Includes Adoption Tax Credit with New Bill The Adoption Tax Credit was part of the Congressional deal. President Obama will sign the Bill tomorrow. Of the four pillars of the Adoption Tax Credit Working Group, we succeeded with three.  The credit has been made permanent, the credit is inclusive of both domestic and Inter-country adoptions, and it is flat for special needs. Refundability is not included.
